16-year-old Ruohan Huang is a junior at Eastlake High School, Washington. She is an avid writer and pianist and spends most of her free time rereading favorite novels, researching random topics for poems and short stories, and fencing. Ruohan has played the piano for ten years and received much recognition for her performances, but her musical passion is, in truth, listening to sad indie-slash-country guitar songs on long rural roadtrips (yes, she has oddly specific hobbies). She also loves volunteering as an English tutor for kids and hopes to become a writer or teacher in the future.
